Roseland, NJ, February 28th 2010 – Michael Lee, President and CEO of Amano USA Holdings, Inc. announced today the conclusion of the sale of the business and assets of Amano Integrated Systems, Inc. (AIS) to Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. of Connecticut. All employees of AIS transferred to Integrated Technical Systems, Inc.

“I would like to thank Mr. Shawn Russell who was previously President of AIS for his valuable contribution to the Group. During his tenure as President of AIS, the company was both successful and profitable” said Michael Lee, President and CEO of AUH.

The core business of AIS was focused on the installation and service of third party fire and safety systems which is not a core activity for Amano in the USA. Accordingly, it was preferable to transfer this activity into a company that can both preserve and develop the business and its employees for the future.

Michael Lee added “I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the employees of AIS for a job well done during their time within the Amano group and to wish them every success with Integrated Technical Systems, Inc.”
